The company
Founded in 2014, Oficio Ltd is a business solutions company that helps teams fix what is slowing them down, engineer the right systems around it, and put AI to work where it creates real leverage. We are known for clean work, delivered on time and on budget.
In the US, our sister company Epicenter Consulting delivers enterprise software, from custom development and ColdFusion application modernization to secure, DevSecOps-driven systems. Since 2008 it has shipped more than 100 projects for midsize businesses.
Oficio is version 2.0 of UX Web Technologies Ltd, the full-service agency behind our earliest custom sites, Magento and WordPress builds, custom CMS, product and catalog systems, conversion optimization, PPC, SEO, and analytics.
The mandate is now broader. Beyond building the site, we diagnose the operational problem behind it, engineer the systems and automations around it, train teams to use AI as a real competitive advantage, and make sure the business is visible in both search and AI answer engines.

Yosef has spent more than 15 years where business operations meet software. He started in the unglamorous but revealing work of conversion optimization, usability, and analytics, learning firsthand what actually moves a business rather than what just looks good in a pitch. That grounding led him to found UX Web Technologies, a full-service web and eCommerce agency, where he built custom sites, CMS platforms, and online stores for clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 200 companies, including taking one heritage brand from six figures to seven in a single year.
Over time the work grew from building websites to engineering the systems and operations behind them, and then to putting AI to work inside those systems in a way that keeps humans in control. Oficio is where all of it comes together: strategy, custom software, automation, and applied AI, delivered by someone who has shipped real products across e-commerce, security operations, and document-heavy workflows. He works across the US and Israel, in English and Spanish, and the throughline has never changed: turn messy, real-world operations into clean systems that scale.
